All web sites created by Data by Design for this purpose have been carefully designed to enable easy navigation of text and maps and rapid cross-reference links between the maps and relevant policy details.  Using only standard web techniques 9HTML/GIF) together with Acrobat (PDF) files, Data by Design can provided a simple yet effective solution to publishing your local plan to your web site.  If necessary Data by Design can also provide web hosting services but these are generally not required.

When designing the web site care has also been taken to enable easy replication of the site onto CD-ROM with introductory 'splash screen' and retention of the exact look and functionality of the web site version.  Full compliance with W3CAG (World Wide Web Consortium Accessibility Guidelines) Levels 1 and 2 enables visually impaired users to also utilise the site.
