This Notice has been withdrawn. Your attention is drawn to the Health and Safety Executive Offshore Safety Division Operations Notice 30 regarding the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (SI 1995/3163) (RIDDOR) which came into force on 1st April 1996. The new Regulations apply both onshore and offshore.
