The purpose of this list is to show the availability of these environmental statements and the contact details for information.
It remains the duty of the company undertaking the project to publish information concerning these projects in appropriate newspapers required by clause 9(f) of the regulations.

We liaIse with the Operators and Suppliers when dealing with our day-to-day operations. This includes the evaluation of PON 15 and Environmental Statement applications seeking consent for activities on existing fields and proposed new developments and applications seeking authorisation from PGT Pipeline Works.
They are consulted for their views on OSPAR Commission and EU proposals for environmental regulations, so that the needs of UKCS Operators are taken into account during international and national negotiations.
