Notes
The first company named in each case is the operator.
The Blocks are those UK National Grid Blocks within which the licensed acreage lies; it is not necessarily the entire block that has been licensed.
The marks available to be awarded will depend on a number of factors, such as the existing geological information available to the company and the type of project being proposed, so the marks awarded on different Blocks are not directly comparable.
The short descriptions of Work Programmes shown here only reflect the drilling component and not, for instance, seismic data acquisition. The only licence whose Work Programme includes a commitment to acquire new, as opposed to existing, seismic data is PEDL111 (100Km of new 2D data). F indicates a firm commitment; D indicates a drill-or-drop commitment; CBM indicates a CBM well and G indicates a gob gas well (all the others are aimed at conventional targets).
